I discovered this location through a Google search. Despite being a Saturday evening, the staff promptly responded to both my email and text inquiries. The most notable aspect was Eric, the owner, who demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The facility itself is newly constructed and maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, the experience has been positive thus far. I hope the premises remain secure and well-maintained in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with this storage facility. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. It's clear that the owner (Eric) takes great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. Eric is also incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers, making the entire process easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a clean, reliable storage facility with outstanding customer service and great prices. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend Tight & Compact Storage! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is friendly and always helpful whenever I have questions. I felt confident storing my belongings here because the facility is well maintained and gives a very safe feeling. Great service, fair pricing, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Definitely the best storage option I’ve used in Moncton!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Tight and Compact in Moncton. From the very beginning, Eric (the owner) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to tour us through the facilities, explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure we knew exactly what to do if we ever needed help with the gate code system. We never once had issues accessing the facility, and the entire process has been smooth and stress-free.
What stood out to me the most, though, was Eric’s kindness and understanding during a difficult period for my family. We had discussed the timeline we originally needed the unit for, and he graciously extended the promotional pricing for us longer than expected. He absolutely did not have to do that, and it spoke volumes about the kind of person he is. Sometimes when people show compassion during hard seasons of life, it truly becomes a light at the end of the tunnel. That alone would make me recommend Tight and Compact to others.
Another thing worth mentioning: I’ve used other storage facilities before where the advertised dimensions can feel misleading because they measure to the outer edges. Tight and Compact measures usable interior space, so you actually get the room you’re paying for — which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to maximize storage.
Honestly, for the quality, cleanliness, customer service, and actual usable space, you really can’t beat the value or pricing.
Highly recommend.
