Mini Mall Storage - Moncton Homestead

Super easy reservation,payment,and move in! Detailed with directions and instructions! I have no complaints other than I didn't get my first month free as it was supposed to be and I'm unsure who too cal!.

The worst customer service, management and owners. Got unit which is under my bfs name on the 15th, we went to put stuff in on the 20th as we are moving, only to see that our unit got broken into and our stuff gone, we called the police to get it on file, and now to try to get ahold of anyone is completely retarded. I've left numerous messages for them to not be returned (I've called numerous times a day from the 20th to the 24th) clearly management doesn't care nor do the owners. Called the after hours number only to be put on hold for 30mins to be hung up on. Definitely starting to think of going to talk to a lawyer to see if anything can be done as they say it is secured and video surveillance, cop said the camera doesnt even look towards the units. I would not recommend this crooked company...spend the extra money and actually get a secure locker DO NOT GET A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY...they are completely useless 😑 As you can see from pictures our lock is missing and it's all bent with scratches on the door and lock...I have other numerous pictures as well.

Best I can say about the Homestead Rd location is that there is an actual reserved spots this year, for the first time. No fence or security at all. I had my electrical cord completely cut off my travel trailer 2 years ago. About a week after booking I’m notified by email that there will be 3 extra charges for admission etc totalling over $11 per month, nice !! If this facility was fenced in with a pass gate for customers only, maybe.

The office admin were very helpful. Facilities were clean and dry. I would recommend a fence around the units on Homestead Road Neighbours are always watching very carefully to see what is brought into units and their dogs(4) run free throughout the property.

Had my trailer broke into twice and was also stolen. Would not store anything at this location until they put up a fence.
