Mini Mall Storage - Moncton

Friendly staff and clean facility. Unfortunately my gate code was not working for the entire weekend I was trying to move in. While it did cause us a great deal of frustration, the staff working remotely were always able to help, and were always reachable. We even called one gentleman by the name of Paul well into the night and he still picked up the phone and opened the gate for us. Normally I would take off a star or two for the frustration but the staff were awesome and did everything they could to get around the issue until it was able to be fixed the following Monday.

I wanted to thank both the management and staff for their courteous, professional services. I have been a customer of Mini Mall Storage for more than 2 years. I feel my belongings are secure and properly stored. Thank you!

3 things I considered before writing this review: 1) Second month was advertised as free. I was charged full price for month 2. When I inquired, they said they would credit me on the next month. The problem is that I was done renting at that point (only about 10 days left) because of reason 2. They then decided that we were not getting a refund at all for our second month. 2) The storage was not as secured as believed. There was a break in and thousands of dollars of items were stolen (multiple storage units as well). Only minimal tools were required. When I realized my storage had been broken into on a Saturday afternoon, I called and was told that someone would be over on Monday during business hours. They had no plan or intention to go secure the premises on the weekend after a major series of break ins. This left me having to get my valuables (what was left of them) out on Saturday, and hope that burglars did not return until Monday for the less valuable objects. 3) I found a list of all renters and their information just laying around the ground on a clipboard, outside of business hours. So they were also not protecting people's information. It featured people's first and last name, payment dates, pricing plan (different prices for most people), and unlock codes for vacant units. Tried to return the list on 3 separate occasions, during business hours, but no one was in the office. We lost some things which are non-replaceable and we are really disappointed in the way things were run there.

Feels a little early for a proper review but, wonky website advertising aside, customer service is great, and so far seems to be doing its job. Thank you for the service. Will recommend :)

Have been using Mini Mall Storage at their Homestead Rd. location for a couple of years now. Very satisfied. Yard well kept, easy access, items well protected from the elements. Highly recommended.
