I have been renting a space on the Homestead Road location, I have been renting for 5 years I must say, Francisco is pleasant to deal with, very responsive if any issues arise. The 24 hour video surveillance + the well admired security the fenced in property offers is great for peace of mind.

The staff are extremely helpful. They were able to find a great storage unit to fit my needs and they gave me a great deal. On top of that they stayed a little late afterwork to make sure everything was good. Great service and price 6/5. Locations is also very well monitored and clean : I saw many rat and mouse traps all around

The service provided by Mini Mall Storage was beyond my expectations. Fair pricing, quick service and friendly.
Move in was smooth. Locker was clean and dry.
Move out was incredibly well done. I had a particular situation where they accommodated my need without question or concern. They communicated clearly and all documentation was easy to understand.
I'd definitely use them again.
