Melissa is awesome. Every time I had a payment issue or storage question for my belongings, she was really quick to answer, provided the basic information to resolve my issues and always was cordial and polite in all of my conversations with her (without exception) - and I am extremely demanding but polite about it. I have been a tenant with Apple for over 20 years in Dieppe NB Canada. Simply put, I love talking with her because she is full of positive energy. Why can't we work more with people like her. Monthly payments can be made by e-transfer. This makes things a lot easier. Just send the Locations Code L004 (Dieppe,) and your Unit #. information in the "MESSAGE" along with the payment.
