Very very rude service from the new site manager John who thinks he is king s***. Yes I understand we do run behind on a bill same as anyone else but the rude emails from this guy is really really rude and insulting. I would highly not recommend this place at all cost go to U-Haul mountain road as their customer service is great. They put their customers first unlike John at Lighthouse Storage. I would not recommend Lighthouse Storage to anyone.

First off, my initial booking with Dan was a wonderful experience. Everything was smooth and he was super friendly. Then - I received notice last minute that my delivery was arriving from Toronto on a holiday. They were closed at the office until the day after my truck was due to arrive and I had yet to get in to grab the keys to my unit. I reached the owner Bill (thanks Bill!) who contacted an employee - Mike to help me. Mike came in on his day off with a smile to help me and guide in the truck. Thanks so much all of you!

Being new to the province, I found lighthouse on Google with great reviews. The facility is clean and spotless. There is great security protocol. Mike and Dan have been a pleasure to work with. They also have a promo for 50% off for the month. Certainly beats the big "u-h" keep it local. I wouldn't go elsewhere. Simply the best

Great friendly place, with reasonable prices. I have had my unit for about a year and a half. I have never had any problems, the staff make me feel like family. I would and do recommend Light House Self Storage to family and friends.
